Tobi brings more than a decade of experience to the service of clients across British Columbia. Trained and called to the bar in three jurisdictions (British Columbia, Ontario and Nigeria), he offers a unique global perspective on local legal matters.
His legal journey began as in-house counsel with an energy regulatory agency, where he built a strong foundation in compliance, governance and administrative law. He later moved into private practice, representing individuals and businesses in immigration, family and business law matters. Tobi has appeared before various levels of court, including the BC Court of Appeal.
He holds a Master of Laws degree, blending academic depth with practical experience in areas such as business transactions, immigration strategy and family law. His regulatory background continues to inform his work as a Lay Director with ASTTBC, where he contributes to professional governance and policy development.
